DOMAIN_ADMIN_CLIENT_LOCK since January 1st 2015 10:31

Hi,

All domains under our account are showing DOMAIN_ADMIN_CLIENT_LOCK. We have notice a bunch of weird transactions orders with that status code. We're having a hard time reaching you guys to get some support on this issue. Please give us some feedback.

    At least now I know I'm not the only one.

     

    Since early January 1st I got that message on all my regular tld domains and now all of them are inaccessible and therefore all my websites are down.

    Support hasn't responded and I couldn't find anything of any maintenance or issues being resolved on twitter, facebook, website or anywhere else.

    I'm starting to panic because I have services and API that rely on the domains.

    Hi,

    Just to let know anyone having similar issues, that I've been able to reach them.

    They are aware of this issue and working actively in fixing it. Let's all be patient and wait for them to resolve it.

    In the same boat. I run an online-only business, and we have a big sale on right now. This is really hurting our revenue prospects to start the year off.

    Exactly the same. Leaving for an international trip tmrw and our site is down!  Spent hours with the hosting company trying to run this down. Is this a hack?
