How to renew your domain name at Cosmotown.

Log in to your account
Click on the Domains tab on the left
Find the domain you wish to renew
If you have many domains click on the blue Search button at the top of the menu
In the box underneath "Enter search string and hit enter:" input the domain you wish to search for
Check the box next to the domain you wish to renew

**MAKE SURE YOUR DOMAIN IS UNLOCKED**
The status directly to the right of your domain should say "No"
If it says "Yes", please check the box next to the domain
Click on the blue Manage Domains button at the top of the menu
Click on Unlock Domain
If you do not receive a green "success" message, this may mean the domain cannot be transferred, renewed or deleted at that time. This may be in the first five days of registration, or the first 60 days after transfer or registration. Please contact [e-mail]

Once the domain is unlocked:
Ensure the box next to the domain is checked
Click on the blue Renew button
Select the number of years your would like to renew for
(A domain can only be registered for a total of 10 years at any given time. Ensure the years you are adding will not put your current expiration date, past 10 years)
The renewal will be added to your cart
Click on the Cart icon at the top right hand corner of your screen
Check out as usual
